Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 20 years old or older 2. Diagnosed by a physician as heart failure caused by cardiovascular pathology 3. New York Heart Association (NYHA) class 2-3 4. Able to communicate and understand Thai.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Shortness of breath, dyspnea, or other symptoms indicating worsening heart failure within 24 hours before data collection. 2. Cognitive impairments.

Heart failure Knowledge baseline, week four (program completion) and week eight follow-up. The Dutch Heart Failure Knowledge Scale (DHFKS) assesses knowledge with 15 items : heart failure knowledge, treatment (diet, fluid restrictions, daily activity), and symptoms/symptom recognition.,Healthy eating behaviors in Heart failure baseline, week four (program completion) and week eight follow-up. The Scale for Dietary Behaviors in Heart Failure (SDBHF) evaluates dietary behaviors in heart failure, 19 items to assess consumption patterns, dietary restrictions, and nutritional knowledge.
