1. To study the effect of restricted kinematic alignment TKA and mechanical alignment TKA on patella tilt angle after bilateral total knee arthroplasty using radiographic evaluation immediately after surgery. 2.To study the postoperative clinical scores of the knee (KOOS, FJS, EQ 5D 5L) by comparing Mechanical alignment and Restricted kinematic alignment surgery in bilateral knee replacement surgery at Rajavithi Hospital at 3 and 6 months postoperatively and follow-up. As for VAS score at 3 da
