Interventions

The O-RA Application group was taught how to use the O-RA Application system before installing the O-RA Application on their smartphones. Then, they were taught exercises by a physical therapist for 1

60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age more than or equal 60 years 2. Never received proper and complete instruction on physical exercises for osteoarthritis 3. Able to participate in this study at all times and have full awareness can read and write Thai 4.There is a caregiver who can record the volunteers' daily physical exercises 5. Volunteers and caregivers are willing to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There are limitations in visibility/understanding in using the O-RA Application system, 2) There are contraindications to exercise, including heart disease, diabetes, or uncontrolled high blood pressure, 3) Have knee pain or knee deformity or have limited knee extension of more than 10 degrees or cannot bend the knee more than 90 degrees and 4) Having problems with balance, unable to get up from a chair without using hands.
