18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. adult 18-65 years 2. ASA PS class 1-3 3. Scheduled for elective VATS under general anesthesia 4. Using double lumen tube for one lung ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who has expected difficult intubation 2. Patients with decompensated cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic and renal disease, pulmonary hypertension, empyema causing extensive plural adhesions and previous history of pneumonectomy, bullectomy or lobectomy
