Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with nocturnal heartburn and/or regurgitation despite a morning standard dose PPI.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe OSA 2. Morbid obesity 3. Esophageal motility disorders 4. Esophageal cancer 5. Past esophageal surgery 6. Recently use of other acid suppressors 7. Excessive supragastric belching
