Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients age over 18 year old undergo the operation Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion at Lerdsin Hospital between March 2024 - June 2025 (2) Patients who understand Thai language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Revision surgery (2) Combined approach between anterior and posterior approach (3) Regular use of steroid (4) Undergoing ACDF due to traumatic indication (5) Allergic to steroid (6) Pregnancy (7) Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus (8) Cognitive impairement
