Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Adult patients older than 18 yr old 2. Shock requiring norepinephrine or epinephrine > 0.1 ug/kg/min 3. Admitted in medical ICU 4. On invasive blood pressure monitoring

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Post CABG 2. Overdamping or underdamping of A-line monitor 3. APACHE II >30
