Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, aged between 20 and 59 years. 2. Volunteers experienced pain and/or numbness in the palms and fingertips. 3. Volunteers have a total score of 5 or more on the Kamath and Stothard (2003) clinical Symptom questionnaire or patients diagnosed by a physician with carpal tunnel syndrome. 4.Volunteers have a pain score of 3 -8 of Visual numeric rating scale. 5.Volunteer got positive results of Tinel's test and Phalen's test. 6.Volunteers can speak, listen, read and write Thai. 7.Volunteers participate in the project voluntarily and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers with underlying diseases, include diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, acute and chronic renal failure, autoimmune disorders, and cardiovascular disease. 2.Volunteers have a bleeding disorder or take antiplatelet or anticoagulant medications. 3.Volunteers have injury or surgery on the nerves in the palm of the hand. 4.Pregnant woman 5.Volunteers have history of serious illness, including broken bones, osteoporosis, skin diseases with open wounds or chronic wounds on the body, bone cancer or cancer.
