Burnout syndrome (BOS), a work-related constellation of symptoms and signs, which interfere individuals emotional stress, and associated with increasing job related disillusionment. While its prevalence was found common in residency training and cause resign, BOS among Thai neurological surgery residency training had never been clarified. burnout syndrome

We conducted a multicenter, prospective cross-sectional study across five hospitals in Thailand. Data on Burnout Syndrome (BOS) was collected from Thai neurosurgeons using electronic questionnaires

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai neurological surgery residency training 2. Age more than 20 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Thai neurological surgery residency training under 20 years of age 2. Thai neurological surgery residency training that not consenting to the questionnaire
