20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female age 20-45. 2. lateral knee pain at least 3 months with VAS score more than 3. 3. BMI 18.5-22.9 kg/m2. 4. No condition in musculoskeletal system or history of surgery. 5. Iliotibial pain syndrome was diagnosed by the orthopedist. no present treatment in physical therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No Valgus knee. 2. No flat foot 3. Legs asymmetry
