Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. mean arterial pressure < 65 mmHg or signs of poor tissue perfusion 2. suspected to have septic shock
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant patients 2. contraindicate to receive intravenous fluid, e.g. pulmonary edema, volume overload 3. receive invasive or non-invasive respiratory support (both NIV and HFNC) 4. patients who have chest wall pathology that LUS cannot be performed 5. patients who LUS might lead to delay in treatment
