Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age more than 55 years old 2.Primary osteoarthritis 3.severity, Kellgren-lawrence grade 3 or 4 4.deformity degree 4.1 Varus/Valgus deformity less than 20 degree 4.2 Flexion contracture less than 20 degree 4.3 Recurvatum less than 15 degree 5. ASA classification 1 or 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ipsilateral hip pathology 2. neuromuscular disease 3. history of knee surgery or knee infection on planning site 4.communication problems 5. drug allergy as in protocol
