Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who received Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass and repeated protein increases exceeding the concentration of 25 of the Chulalongkorn Hospital weight of sensation concentration together with GJA increased by 15 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with gastric pouch size > 5 cm. (2) Patients with gastrogastric fistula (GGF). (3) Patients diagnosed with eating disorder
