Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with a singleton pregnancy receiving prenatal care at the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical Center. 2. Aged between 18 and 40 years. 3. Belonging to a Southeast Asian ethnicity. 4. Not using steroid medications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Degraded or compromised specimens. 2. Leftover blood sample less than 1 milliliter.
