t use the bowel preparations before laparoscopic surgery, They will have noting per oral for 8 hour before surgery,This group uses an SSE and a NaP enema (133 ml per rectum), followed by NSS (1,000 ml

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. female over 18 years old with a benign gynecologic disease who undergoes laparoscopic surgery 2. Can communicate and understand Thai language very well 3.Voluntarity participated in the research 4.Don't have contraindication for enema use such as Hemorrhoid, Anal fissure, History of lower GI bleeding and Rectovaginal fistula

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have to use the mechanical bowel preparation before laparoscopic surgery 2. More than four history of abdominal surgeries
