Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai older adults aged 60 years or older 2. Able to communicate and understand Thai, learn, and use technology as usual 3. Able to control the body as usual, not someone who cannot walk 4. Diagnosed with physical frailty with Frail scale more than 3 point and SPPB 4-6 points
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Being bedridden or unable to help themselves 2. Having a history of heart disease that has recurred in the past 3 months 3. Having other serious diseases 4. Having impaired cognition
