50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female, aged 50-70 years 2. Have a history of knee pain, joint stiffness and/or a history of intermittent or permanent knee swelling 3. Have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis according to the American College of Rheumatology by an orthopedic surgeon 4. Have signs of mild osteoarthritis in the knee as assessed by an orthopedic surgeon

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of knee surgery 2. History of loose knee joints or loose knee ligaments 3. History of knee or lower extremity injuries resulting in fractures, ruptured ligaments or joint capsules, or damaged cartilage 4. History of corticosteroid use 5. Knee diameter greater than 17 cm 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding women 7. Use of medications that may affect the elimination of cannabinoids (e.g. CYP450 pathway inhibitors/inducers) 8. Heart or brain disorders such as ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, etc. (at the discretion of the doctor) 9. History of suicide attempts or suicidal thoughts 10. History of drug or alcohol abuse/dependence in the past 2 years 11. Previous allergies to cannabis and cannabis extracts 12. Previous use of cannabis or CBD extracts within the past 3 months 13. In a state where cannabis use is required (e.g. workplace testing or court order) 14. People with severe liver or kidney problems according to age (at the discretion of the doctor)

During the 3-week treatment period, patients were asked to keep a daily pain diary with pain assessment and were scheduled for clinic visits to assess pain and functional ability at weeks 0, 1, and 3. 3 weeks Repeated dose daily, twice daily after bathing, morning and evening.
