18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Chronic Coronary Syndrome (CCS) with or without stable chest pain symptoms from Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) within the first year after revascularization, with LDL-C levels higher than 100 mg/dl (this test result should be within 3 months prior to the study participation). 2. Aged between 18-59 years. 3. No hereditary hyperlipidemia. 4. Mentally sound, able to listen, speak, and read Thai. 5. Have a phone capable of using the Line application and internet connectivity for working through browser-based programs. 6. Willing to cooperate throughout the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Experience complications during participation in the program or develop conditions requiring medical attention, including chest pain, shortness of breath, arrhythmia with a heart rate exceeding 120 beats per minute or below 50 beats per minute, or entering a critical condition. 2. The participant decides to withdraw from the study.
