Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are aged 60 years and above 2. the older patients are incontinence associated dermatitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the older patients develop drying state or end of life 2. the older Patient refused to participate 3. the older Patient allergy to zinc oxide and Centella asiatica
