Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient plans to place dental implant 2. Volunteers aged 20-50 years 3. No bone disease 4. No smoking Human gingival fibroblast cells were obtained from the molar teeth of 3 patients, aged between 20-30 years, extracted for orthodontic reasons at the Department of Surgery. No smoking.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical health problems 2. Bone disease 3. Smoking
