Interventions

Patient with tracheal stenosis, who will undergo direct laryngoscope in OR, will undergo ultrasound 1 day before surgery.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who older than 18 year old 2. Patient who will under go laryngoscopy in operating room at Srinagarind Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients at risk of upper airway obstruction 2. Patients who have received radiation therapy to the head and neck. 3. Patients who cannot extension/flexion Head and neck area 4. Patients with abnormal tumors in the neck 5. Patients who have had open tracheal surgery before. 6. Patients who have complete tracheal stenosis
