Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 60 years and older 2. Diagnosed with dementia or mild cognitive impairment (MCI) 3. Mean baseline heart rate of less than 60 bpm Minimum of three recorded heart rate measurements within the six months prior to the index date
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with fewer than three recorded heart rate measurements during the six-month period prior to the index date 2. Presence of a pacemaker 3. Patients with high-grade atrioventricular (AV) block
