Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. New adult patients on endotracheal tube with ventilator that he received treatment in the medical semi-intensive ward 1-3 during the month of May 2023-August 2023 Medicine Department Phrapokklao Hospital 2. Register nurse with experience of 1 year or more working in a semi-intensive medicine ward 1-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 . The patient has no relatives. 2. Registered nurse who is unable to fasten endotracheal tube
