Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with Trigeminal neuralgia by ICOP-1 criteria 2. No benefits or cannot tolerated to side effect from medications adjustment for at least 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulopathy 2. Infection at facial area 3. Pregnancy 4. Allergy to contrast media 5. Allergy to onabotulinum toxin type-A 6. Head and neck cancer 7. Unable to communicate
