Participants in this group will not engage in any exercises.,1. Elevate the tip of your tongue to touch the front part of the palate. 2. Flatten your tongue against this area. 3. Against your tongue
relaxed. 2. Slowly move the sides of your tongue to the central. 3. Try to wrap (fold) the tongue as much as possible 4. Hold the wrapped position for a count of 5 seconds, feeling the tension. Rep

65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy (ASA I or II), age over 65 years 2. Individuals who can do tongue wrap 3. Individuals who understand the Thai language either reading or listening

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neurologic impairment (for example, Parkinson disease or multiple sclerosis) 2. Hypoglossal nerve injury 3. History of major surgery to the head or neck, or oral disease 4. History of radiotherapy in head and neck area 5. History of chemotherapy 6. History of orofacial myotherapy or tongue exercise 7. Mental retardation or psychiatric problem 8. Communication disorder
