Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with a first episode of ischemic stroke or minor hemorrhagic stroke that occurred within 48 hours and was aged greater than or equal to 20 to 65 years. 2. Have a smartphone or tablet that can scan QR codes, has an internet connection and can install applications. 3. Has a good level of consciousness. Level of conscious is Alert level, can follow commands, Motor power is greater than or equal to 3 and can communicate from the assessment by NIHSS Score items 1a, 1b, 1c, 5, 6 and 9. When interpreted, the score level does not exceed 15 points. 4. The ability to perform daily living (ADL) is at a moderate level of dependence on others and can perform independently at a moderate level, as assessed by ADL of more than or equal to 9 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Language disorders including global aphasia, sensory aphasia 2. Visual acuity defects include blurred vision, double vision, or hemianopia, as assessed by NIHSS Score items 2, 3, and 11. 3. Diagnosed with severe illness such as cerebrovascular disease with large vessel occlusion, major hemorrhage requiring surgery, heart failure class III or higher, lung disease with difficulty breathing, end-stage renal disease, cancer with severe anemia, Alzheimer's disease, or history of psychiatric illness, etc. 4. When returning home, go to a nursing home.
