60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-80 years 2. Able to walk independetly without gait aids. 3. Had Berg Balance Score less than 49. 4. Able to communicate with others, and watch (with/without glasses) and hear instruction clearly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had Mini-Mental State Examination score less than 20. 2. Had had history of diseases-related impaired balance, e.g. limb osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, stroke, peripheral vascular diseases, etc. 3. Had serious injuries or diseases, e.g. fracture of lower limbs, cancer, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases. 4. Had peripheral neuropathy, unstable heart conditions, uncontrolled hypertension or bodily pain more than 4 measured using the numerical rating scale. 5. Regularly performed aerobic, balance or other exercises. 6. Had contraindications of aerobic, strengthening or balance exercise.
