Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 65-99 years undergoing general or regional anesthesia. 2. Postop admitted in PACU 3. Elective case 4. Patients who understand and can communicate well in Thai.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not consent to participate in the study. 2. Patients with cognitive impairment as indicated by the Thai-MMSE screening
