Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women aged >= 25 years with abnormal cervical cytology,cervical cytology result was classified according to Bethesda 2014 system or HPV positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Participants with history or presence of Gastro-intestinal tract malignancy or active lower gastrointestinal bleeding, anal inflammation, acute anal fissure or prior history of Anal cancer 2)Women with a prior hysterectomy, who had blood-clotting disorders, or who could not communicate were ineligible to participate 3)Women with previous or current pelvic radiotherapy or chemotherapy. 4)Immunocompromised participants such as HIV , immunosuppressive drug use
