Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older people who were 60 years and older, both male and female 2. Having a spirometry-verified diagnosis of COPD with a mild or moderate level according to the criteria proposed by the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD, 2020) and having been diagnosed for at least 3 months 3. No cognitive impairment, according to the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA) (Hemrungrojn, 2007). The total possible score is 30 points, and a score of 25 or above is considered normal. 4. Being stable with COPD within 1 month before participating in the program (stable COPD refers to no dyspnea, frequent coughing or wheezing, excess phlegm or sputum, and trouble taking a deep breath). 5. Capable of communicating in Thai and understanding it. 6. Willing to participate in the study 7. Having a mobile phone with WiFi, 4G, or 5G internet and being able to use LINE application and internet access. 8. Having family members who agreed to participate in this study. 9. Allow the researcher to visit their home.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The older people who were diagnosed with lung cancer, pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchiectasis, ischemic heart disease, myocardial infarction, major cardiac arrhythmias, congestive heart failure, active infectious disease, or musculoskeletal problem causing walking limitations. 2. Older people who were diagnosed with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
