Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 24 years 2. individuals with unilateral or bilateral hamstring tightness (PKE angle more than 20 degrees) 3. body mass index of 18.5-24.9 kg/square meter 4. sedentary lifestyle.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. factors like regular stretching exercises, muscle relaxant use, fractures of the spine and/or lower extremities, 2. Hamstring muscles tendinitis or muscle strain, and hypermobility 3. severe orthopedic or neurological conditions, abdominal surgery within one year, seizures, respiratory problems, and uncontrolled hypotension or hypertension.
