Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes , regardless of whether it is their first pregnancy or they have a history of gestational diabetes. 2. Have a mobile communication device that can access the application. 3. Able to communicate, read, and write in Thai.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women diagnosed with chronic hypertension, autoimmune, kidney disease and previous preeclampsia 2. Pregnant women with congenital fetal disease or history of previous congenital fetal disease 3. Multifetal Pregnancy 4. Pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes with insulin treatment. 5. Ongoing severe morning sickness/vomiting, conditions requiring steroid medication, eating disorders, or mobility impairments
