Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing unilateral TKA under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who refuse to give inform consent Revision TKA or bilateral TKA Allergy to any study medication Severe psychological disorders or inability to understand the study protocol Cognitive disability
