Interventions

1) On the first day of Week 1, the researcher will ask the elderly participants to complete a 20-item questionnaire on personal information and health conditions. The participants will also undergo an

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Elderly individuals residing in Bangkok communities who have no plans to relocate within 3 months after joining the study, and who have at least one family member who can assist them during exercise. 2) Elderly individuals or their caregivers have access to an internet-enabled device, such as a mobile phone, and are capable of using the internet and the LINE application. 3) Able to communicate in Thai, including speaking, reading, and writing in Thai.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Elderly individuals with psychiatric disorders or mental health abnormalities based on medical history, those who possess a disability identification card for mental and behavioral disabilities, or those who have recently started psychiatric treatment, including initiating or adjusting psychiatric medications within the past 3 months. 2) Elderly individuals with pancreatic cancer or cancer that has metastasized to other organs, heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), chronic kidney disease stage 3 or higher, arthritis, gout, musculoskeletal disorders, or other conditions that result in mobility disabilities or contraindications for exercise. 3) Elderly individuals with blood pressure readings below 90/60 mmHg or above 140/90 mmHg at the initial assessment or during participation in the program. 4) Elderly individuals with diabetes who have a blood glucose level exceeding 250 mg/dL, based on the most recent reading recorded in their health booklet from a visit to the doctor. 5) Elderly individuals with a cognitive function score of less than 3 points, as determined by the Mini-Cog screening tool.
