18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults aged 18-35 years 2. Healthy gingiva or gingivitis according to AAP/EFP, 2018 3. Absence of orthodontic appliance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers 2. Undergoing orthodontic treatment 3. Severe crowding of teeth 4. Ulcerative oral lesions 5. Allergy to chlorhexidine and/or EDTA 6. History of antibiotics use within the last 2 months prior to the study
