Patients will be assessed by the central sensitization inventory and pressure algometry (assessed pressure pain threshold).

20 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 20-70 years presenting with non-specific neck pain at least 12 weeks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe pathologies (e.g., infection, fracture, cancer, arthritis, and osteoporosis), knee shin and/or ankle pain, history of surgery within 1 year, medications (e.g., painkillers and relaxants), massage or acupuncture, physiotherapy treatment within 6 months, skin conditions/ diseases, numbness upper and/or lower limbs, open wound, traumatic neck pain and pain scale less than 3/10.
