Thai elderly population age 60 years old or more who live independently in the community and can household ambulate without the use of a walking aid Executive Control, Geriatric, Falling, Psychological Inhibition, Reaction Time

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Slightly - Totally independent basic ADLs (Barthel's Index more than 18, only stair can be neglected) 2. Independent free hand household ambulation 3. Able to perform consent 4. History of falls Fall: Unintentional event resulting in rest on the ground or lower level, which is neither result of major intrinsic event nor overwhelming hazard. 4.1) Recurrent fallers: 2 or more falls in the past year. 4.2) Non-fallers: No history of falls in the past year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having an unstable or acute medical condition 2. Having a neurological disease such as cerebral palsy, parkinsonism, spinal cord injury, or stroke interferes with either ambulation or control of the dominant hand. 3. Having severe cognitive impairment defined with Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) - Thai score 16 or less. 4. Impaired hand function or severe hand and wrist pain in the dominant hand that cannot perform pinching. 5. Having severe visual problems (VA < 6/18 up to light perception) with best correction. 6. Actively used drugs that interfere with cognition (i.e., antipsychotic, antiepileptic drugs) 7. Having drug or alcohol abuse according to the DSM-V criteria.
