Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients above the age of 18 years with diabetes type 2 2. Fasting blood sugar >= 130 mg/dL or HbA1C) >= 7% 3. On oral hypoglycemic agents for at least 6 months 4. Could use mobile phone and mobile application 5. Able to comprehend Thai 6. Pre-test Medication Adherence Scale in Thais or MAST less than 34 scores
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed mild cognitive impairment or dementia 2. Could not use mobile phones or mobile application 3. Patients who received insulin and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) 4. Pregnant 5. Using 1 or more of the following medications that can affect blood sugar in 3 months -Thiazide diuretics -Beta blocker: Propanolol, Nadolol -Antipsychotic: clonazepam, olanzapine -Glucocorticoids -Fluoroquinolones: Ciprofloxacin, Levofloxacin, Ofloxacin -Antiprotozoal/Antifungals: Pentamine -Protease inhibitor: Ritonavir, Nelfinavir, Indinavir -Nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors: Didanosine, Abacavir - Phosphodiesterase inhibitor: Theophylline
