Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who were in critical condition due to sepsis for more than 72 hours who were 18 years old or older and had TMSE scores of 20-25, No depression, without confusion, Glasgow Coma Scale = 15 points, no limb weakness or movement problems, ability to use the smartphone and communicate by speaking, reading and writing in Thai.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive impairment that is not caused by sepsis such as cancer receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy, chronic kidney disease, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, stroke, a history of COVID-19 infection, a psychiatric illnesses and bipolar disorder.
