Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 50-80 years 2.Patients who do not respond to drug treatment 3.Patients with osteoarthritis of both knees 4.Patients who have never had a knee replacement surgery 5.Patients who are willing to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with BMI >35 kg/m2 2.Patients with infection in the knee area to be operated on 3.Patients with severe osteoporosis 4.Patients who are not ready for surgery 5.Patients with neurological and emotional disorders 6.Patients with lower extremity muscle weakness that affects physical therapy after surgery 7.Patients with hip or leg damage that affects abnormal movement 8.Patients with knees closer together than normal 9.Patients with knee degeneration after an accident 10.Patients with high risk of surgery, such as heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, end-stage renal disease 11.Patients who cannot follow up on treatment continuously
