Anterior skull base exposure was performed intranasally. The temporoparietal fascia flaps were harvested and inserted through the orbit to cover the created anterior skull base defects.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cadavers with normal appearance of the head and sinus/skull base structures
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cadavers with any evidence of previous trauma or surgery at the head or sinus/skull base structures
