Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy, 2. Not less than 5 teeth present in any dental quadrant (At least 20 permanent teeth), 3. Normal oral health status (No evidence of active caries or periodontal disease), 4. Normal salivary flow (unstimulated saliva 0.3 - 0.6 ml/min), 5. Brushing with fluoride toothpaste 2 times a day everyday
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of medical conditions that reduced salivary flow, 2. History of fluoride allergy or hypersensitivity to colophony (Natural rosin), 3. Ulcerative gingivitis or stomatitis, 4. Bronchial asthma, 5. History of fluoride supplement use apart from fluoride toothpaste within 1 year, 6. Drinking habit of fluoride rich products such as green tea more than 3 times a day, 7. Participants with allergies to gluten, egg, milk, nuts, soy, or shellfish
