Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 20 years old 2. Diagnosed with gynecologic malignancy of cervix, endometrium, or ovary 3. Elective laparotomy surgery 4. Having surgery performed by gynecologic oncology service 5. Time to surgery 2-4 week after cancer diagnoses
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to follow oral instructions 2. Neuromuscular disease-causing motor weakness 3. Emergency operation 4. Preoperative hyperalimentation 5. Bowel obstruction 6. Can not tolerate physical program due to chronic illness
