Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Thai army age between 20 and 25 year which have shooting training continuously for 2 weeks 2.Participants attend research for voluntry
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Have previous outer ear or middle ear disease 2.Previous hearing defect 3.Allergy to Gingko extraction 4.Participants who not attend to hearing test following to the research
