Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male androgenetic alopecia aged 18-60 years Norwood-Hamilton classification type III vertex to V
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of male sexual problems 2. Underlying diseases of hepatitis, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease 3. History of depression, or suicidal idea 4. On the treatment of androgenetic alopecia within 6 months 4. Drug allergy to finasteride
