Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with age 18-90 year old who underwent radiotherapy to the head and neck region between February 2011 and June 2020 with or without surgical resection and were investigated by computed tomography (CT) before and after radiotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with lymphoma and those with previous treatment for CAS or radiotherapy for other diseases were excluded. Patient with incompete medical record was excluded from this study,as well as the patients who did not have imaging record at before and/or after radiotherapy.
