Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients have been diagnosed with ischemic stroke, non-traumatic cerebral hemorrhage and transient ischemic attack in the emergency department within the first 24 hours of the onset of symptoms. 2. healthy volunteers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals under 18 years of age, 2. Pregnant women were excluded from the study, 3. Acute myocardial infarction, 4. Pulmonary embolism, 5. Deep vein thrombosis, 6. Head trauma, 7. Heart failure, 8. Sepsis, 9. Cerebral edema, 10. Hypertensive encephalopathy, 11. Hypoglycemia, 12. Hepatic encephalopathy, 13. Serum electrolyte disorders.
