Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria, Project participants must have the following qualifications: be aged 60 years and over, able to understand and communicate well in Thai. There were no serious complications that hindered activities, including myocardial infarction, high blood pressure with severe symptoms or other diseases that may pose a risk to participating in activities and are willing to volunteer to participate in research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria, People with health problems that are an obstacle to participating in the activity and unable to sit up or complete activities according to the fall prevention program for the elderly in the community.
