Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 30-60 years 2. hypertension 3. good communication 4. normal sense of smelling 5. satisfied to lavender essential oil

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. open wound on feet 2. use of lavender essential oil regularly 3. severe hypertension 4. brain diseases 5. heart diseases 6. other diseased including DM, CKD, COPD, and asthma 7. abnormal vision 8. history of lower limb fracture 9. allergic to fragrance and essential oil 10. receive relaxation drugs
