18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Absolute indications for CRRT 2. Start RCA within 8 hours after CRRT initiation 3. Intention to provide full intensive care treatment for at least 3 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persistent and severe lactic acidosis (lactate >=8 mmol/L and pH <7.2 in 2 consecutive measurements for >2 hours) 2. Acute liver failure 3. Kidney transplant within last 12 months 4. Refused consent 5. Do not resuscitate 6. Moribund state (expected death within 24 hours)
